The Nitty Gritty
Time is of the essence
To manage capacity and help protect each other, timed entry is in place for the hall and Holkham Stories. To avoid disappointment, we ask you to allow plenty of extra time for your journey as Norfolk is likely to be busy! You may arrive at any time from 9am to enjoy the park. Once you’ve arrived please make your way to the Visitor Reception where our Meet and Greet team will help you plan your day and give you your individual time slots for the attractions.
Car parking is not currently pre-bookable, please pay the £5 car parking charge by card when you arrive. Once parked, please visit the Visitor Reception so that we can check your ticket (either printed or on your mobile device), check timings and help you plan your day. Ensure that you read and accept the terms and conditions before buying your tickets. We have teamed up with some partners to offer discounts to their members - click here to see our ticket discounts and special rates.
Accessibility & toilets
Note that due to social distancing, our stairclimbing machine in the hall will not be in action and we are therefore regrettably unable to accommodate wheelchairs on hall tours at this time. Wheelchair access to all other areas at Holkham remains unaffected. Due to social distancing measures our buggy service is not operating. Toilets in the hall are currently closed, however the toilets in the park and the Stables Courtyard are open for all visitors.
Let’s protect each other
As we look forward to reopening our visitor businesses, it is so important we help to protect each other. Social distancing measures and hand sanitisers will be in place to keep you safe, and our friendly team will be on hand to welcome you and answer any questions. To ensure the safety of all visitors, if you or anyone in your party has shown any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days, or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last 14 days, please do not visit us. When you visit please be aware that we will keep your booking details for NHS Test and Trace.
