Wellbeing Walks

During the colder months when the days are shorter and the skies are greyer, it can be easy to begin to feel a little blue. To help combat this, why not join our free wellbeing walks on the third Tuesday of each month for a daily dose of fresh air and good conversation.

2026:

Tuesday 20th October – Holkham Beach

Tuesday 17th November – Wells Beach

Tuesday 15th December – Holkham Park

2027:

Tuesday 19th January – Holkham Beach

Tuesday 16th February – Wells Beach

Tuesday 16th March – Holkham Park

Each walk will be a circular route, lasting roughly 90 minutes. You can expect a mixture of terrains as we explore each location.

Feel free to bring your dog with you if you wish. When walking as part of the group, please be mindful of others by keeping your dog close, avoiding long or extended leads and giving people space where needed. Not everyone is comfortable around dogs, so a little consideration from everyone helps ensure that all our walkers can enjoy the experience.

There is no need to book, just turn up at the designated location at 9.55am for a 10am start.
