As part of our commitment to sustainable development we are delivering biodiversity net gain for our housing sites. The government requests a 10% uplift in biodiversity however we will deliver more than this by creating a wetland and planting new hedgerows. This means that there’s more biodiversity in the local area than there was before we built our homes. Plus, onsite within our new home we have bat bricks, swift boxes and bee bricks providing habitats as well as pollinator friendly planting.
