Monets in the Making Youth Art Workshops

Perfect for your budding little artist!

Do you have your very own mini Monet at home? Someone who loves to paint, draw and get creative with any chance they get? We have something to really get stuck into this summer!

Over two day-long workshops, they’ll learn how to paint with a professional artist in our fully kitted out art studio. Aimed at young people aged 10 years and up, local artist Bryony Knight – will teach your children how to paint in the style of some of the greatest artists who have lived, from Claude Monet’s wonderful waterlilies to Frida Kahlo’s startling self portraits. All materials will be provided.

Pablo Picasso famously said that it took him four years to paint like a master, and the rest of his life to paint like a child. This set of workshops will encourage your little one to fully embrace their childhood imaginations and encourage them to believe they can create a masterpiece in just one day!

This workshop will be based the Water Lilies painting by impressionist Claude Monet.
