Finance Business Partner

Holkham is a thriving rural estate comprising a unique mix of businesses spanning conservation and farming to leisure and hospitality.

At the end of 2024 Holkham acquired a business that consisted of six caravan parks and a caravan trading and distribution business. The new business, called McDonnell Caravans Ltd is based in Gayton, and has parks in Brancaster, Thornham, Holme-next-the-Sea, Heacham, and Snettisham. The office support is primarily based in the Gayton office.

The Victoria is a hotel and restaurant located in Holkham Village. It has 20 rooms and a restaurant for lunch and dinner for both residents and non-residents. Early in 2025 we installed four luxury shepherd huts at The Victoria.

As Finance Business Partner you will act as the first point of contact for all financial matters for the General Managers of the two businesses.
