Lower carbon homes
We are committed to reducing the carbon footprint of our housing stock through increasing energy efficiency ratings of our properties. Where possible we are also replacing fossil fuels boilers with lower carbon alternatives including air source heat pumps.
We are currently designing new ‘Holkham houses’ for our construction projects which aim to have the lowest operational carbon emissions with the ultimate ambition of being fossil fuel free homes.
