Holkham by Candlelight A Guided Tour

Add some extra sparkle to your festive season with a guided tour of Holkham Hall at Christmas time!

Our intimate Candlelight experience begins in the splendid Marble Hall with a welcome from your tour guide. Enjoy the live music and ambience of the Palladian Hall before being taken on a guided tour of the magnificent state rooms adorned with opulent Christmas decorations.

Your guide will share how the installations and unique decorations were created, and divulge the inspiration behind each room setting.

End your tour in the wonderful Old Kitchen and tuck into a complimentary mince pie and glass of prosecco.

The details

Arrival: The main entrance for visitors is via the north gates in Holkham village. If arriving by car, use NR23 1RH in your sat nav to take you to the north gates.

Car parking: Parking is included in your ticket. Please park where directed by the Car Parking team on the day. For accessible parking please make the team aware when you arrive.

Where next: Follow the festoons to our main meeting point, outside Visitor Reception, where our welcoming team will direct you to the Hall. Please arrive here at least 20 minutes before your booked time.

Refreshments: A complimentary mince pie and a glass of Prosecco (or soft drink) is included in your ticket.

How long is the visit?: A guided tour of the state rooms takes approximately 45 minutes, followed by time in the Old Kitchen to enjoy your refreshments.
