Shepherd huts winter retreat special offer
Enjoy the cosiness of our luxury shepherd huts and the peace and calm of the glorious North Norfolk coast with our special three-night stay. Your super comfy, spacious hut, plus dinner and breakfast in The Victoria Restaurant, are at the special price of £300 per night for two people sharing. Check in on Monday, Tuesday or Friday. Offer runs until the end of March (27th March is the last check in date).

Join Holkham’s gamekeepers for an experience that will really hit the target!
Enjoy two nights dinner, bed and breakfast at The Victoria, plus clay shoot with guns, cartridges, tuition (if required) and a delicious packed lunch at Holkham.
Following breakfast on your first morning you will be collected from The Victoria at 10am by one of the estate game keepers and driven through the deer park to your carefully chosen shooting location. You’ll have 2-3 hours (depending on your group size) to enjoy clay shooting before your delicious packed lunch comes out and there’s time to chat with the keepers and find out all about their role at Holkham. Once the guns are away, in true shooting tradition, we’ll wash it down with a tot or two of sloe gin! There’ll then be time for a brief drive around the estate, stopping off outside the Hall for a photo, and a browse in the Courtyard Gift Shop, perhaps to purchase a bowler hat or some Holkham tweed!

Nature Reserve in Spring
Whether you are a keen wildlife spotter, or new to the incredible spectacles you can witness on the Holkham National Nature Reserve, this experience promises to be truly captivating. Our expert nature wardens will show you some of the most exciting habitats and species on the reserve including nesting lapwing and redshank on the early morning marshes, the joy of the morning chorus across the reserve, displays of Marsh Harriers over the reedbeds and, if you are lucky, you may hear a Booming Bittern or see an Otter.
In the evening you will venture to the dunes at Burnham Overy in search of the rare and elusive natterjack toad and beautiful orchids or watch the hustle and bustle of the nesting tern colony on Holkham beach.
£860 for two people, £565 single occupancy to include two nights dinner, bed and breakfast in the best available room at time of booking.

New Years Cosy Stay Experience
Enjoy windswept walks, empty beaches, incredible wildlife spectacles and not forgetting delightful evenings by the fire with delicious food and drink.
Book two nights or more in a classic or deluxe room, including dinner bed and breakfast. Available for stays between the 3rd January and 20th March.
Classic rooms £340 per night, Deluxe rooms and suites £370 per night.

With the excellent Coasthopper and Coastliner bus services linking up Holkham with train stations at Sheringham, Cromer and Kings Lynn, it is easy to travel to us by public transport and reduce the carbon impact of your break and help us with Holkham’s WONDER goal of becoming a carbon negative estate.
A little bit of travel planning can be well rewarded with stunning views out of the bus window, seeing places you never usually would, and if you stay for two nights or more we’ll give you a complimentary two course dinner on your last night to say thank you. You will need to show us tickets for your whole journey to qualify.
