Housekeeper

We have a rare opportunity to join our small, but experienced team of Housekeepers working inside Holkham Hall.

Our housekeeping team provide consistently high standards, ensuring the service, cleanliness and presentation of the Hall is always faultless. We are looking for a housekeeper with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work diligently and discreetly.

The role involves the upkeep and preservation of both public and private areas of the Hall. This includes furniture, pictures, ceramics and objects of exceptional value and historical importance. There will be elements of laundry, guest bedroom allocation and preparation, ensuring the Hall is prepared for events such as weddings, private dinners and Christmas. The role also involves working with the conservation team to uphold the collections within the Hall and working with specialist conservators on cleaning projects.
