Blacksmith’s Yard

2021 saw the completion of our project to build four houses in Burnham Thorpe, the village where Lord Nelson was born. As part of our ambition to provide homes for local communities, two of the houses were let and two for sale. Innovation and sustainability were key parts of the design and build, with all homes built to high energy performance standards, with air-source heat pumps, highly sustainable timer, linseed paint, full insulation and recyclable guttering. Traditionally built, using chalkstone and red brick, the architect has used a Georgian style to complement the north Norfolk vernacular.
