Sound bathing in the Walled Garden

Immerse yourself in nature with a sound bath in the Walled Garden.

Join Nicky from Sound and Ground for an hour long relaxing sound bath meditation where she will play a variety of sound therapy instruments including gongs, chimes, drum and singing bowls.

The experience offers deep and restorative relaxation, release of stress and muscular tension, time for yourself away from the demands of everyday life and technology and an opportunity to tune into your inner voice and needs.

The session on 6th August will be held outdoors in the beautiful and calming surroundings of Holkham Walled Garden. However, should the weather not allow for this, we will be indoors in the Lady Elizabeth Wing. So, whatever the Great British weather decides to grace us with, the event will go ahead. Please bring your own mat or blanket to the session.
