Roll up, roll up this May half term
Roll up, roll up!
Looking for family friendly things to do in North Norfolk this half term? Look no further – join us at Holkham for some circus-themed fun.
We have a range of fun activities for you to try your hand at. Unleash your inner performer and learn some circus skills from juggling balls and spinning plates to diablo, poi and learner stilts! After all that exertion our ‘craft in a bag’ activity will give you some quiet creative time, as you make your very own mini Big Top. And explore the walled garden on our circus trail, discovering how circus performers and gardening are interlinked – who knew!
The Walled Garden is a 15-20 minute walk from Visitor Reception. Blue badge parking is available at the Walled Garden. There is an accessible toilet at the Walled Garden and mobility scooters are available to hire on a first come, first served basis.
The woodland play area will be open for explorers, big and small, to let off some steam and let their imaginations run wild.
Stop for a bite to eat at the Courtyard Café, here you can choose from a selection of sandwiches, wraps, hot food, and salads – plus everyone’s favourite sausage rolls, and vegan ones too! Our wide variety of cakes and traybakes will make sure your sweet tooth is satisfied.
Dogs are welcome everywhere except Holkham Hall itself; please do not leave dogs in cars. Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere.
Please contact our Visitor Reception if you have any specific accessibility requirements you wish to discuss, they will be happy to help you.
