Expect spooky adventures, ghoulish games, mischievous puppetry and a mysterious treasure hunt with Vince Vampire, Bog Witch to find Boney the Dog. Then, get creative with ghostly crafts, discover spellbinding storytelling, carve a pumpkin, have your face painted, and follow our Halloween trail to a chocolatey treat at the end.
With eerie decorations, creepy creations and plenty of surprises lurking in the Walled Garden, it’s the perfect autumnal day out for little witches, vampires, monsters and their grown ups!
The Halloween Garden
Meet Vince Vampire and Bog Witch, who’ll be leading a whole host of Halloween adventures in the woods. Join in with games, a spooky treasure hunt to find Boney the Dog, monster drawing, a Halloween dance-off and plenty of puppetry fun. There will be four of these 45-minute workshops each day.
Under the canopy in the Walled Garden, get creative with Halloween crafts making spooky ghosts from coffee filters, and take a wander through our Halloween-themed trail. Complete the trail and you’ll be rewarded with a chocolate treat!
Fancy getting your hands dirty? Head to our pumpkin patch, where you can pick your pumpkin and have a go at carving your very own Halloween creation. Pumpkin carving is £4 per person.
There will also be face painting, spooky and spectacular decorations throughout the Walled Garden and fantastic story telling sessions each day in the Ed Shed.
And, of course, all that Halloween fun can be hungry work! Grab a bite to eat from Bubble and Melt or The Loaded Mac Shack and a drink from OG Coffee, all serving up tasty treats from the Walled Garden.
Come along in your Halloween best and enjoy a frightfully fun day out for all the family!
