Holkham Beach is open 365 days of the year. Access is via Lady Anne’s Drive in Holkham village, just off the A149, opposite The Victoria Inn.

Opening Times

April to September the car park is open 6am to 9pm.
October to March the car park is open 6am to 6pm.
Overnight parking is not allowed.

Up to 4 hours £5.00
Over 4 hours and all day £7.00*
7 days £20.00
*Purchase of an all day ticket costing £7.00 allows free parking on the same day in Holkham Park (saving of £3.00)

Please help to protect this internationally important nature reserve by observing the following conditions:

We ask that you keep your dog on a lead or under close control on Holkham Beach. Please be aware that there are some restrictions for dogs on Wells Beach. Please clean up after your dog and use the dog bins provided.

No camping.

No barbeques or fires allowed.

Horse riding is permitted below the high water mark only. No riding is permitted on the sand dunes, shingle rides, saltmarsh or within the woodlands. All horse riders must follow the coastal code.
