Walled Garden Walking Tour

Step through the ornate Venetian gates into a hive of history and horticulture within the Walled Garden…

Join our guide on a leisurely amble around the six acres of historic Walled Garden, passing through the various rooms such as the kitchen garden, vineyard and the cutting garden. You’ll get a brilliant insight into the newly renovated buildings such as The Messenger Glasshouse and the Samuel Wyatt Vinery.

Please note that the Walled Garden is situated a 20 minute walk from the main visitor car park, so please allow plenty of time before your tour to reach the meeting point. This is a beautiful walk past the Hall and lake, but if you require closer parking there are limited spaces at the Walled Garden – please speak to the car parking team on arrival.
