What’s on
Night sky stacking ring silversmithing workshop
Get creative this Christmastime
Perfect as a Christmas gift for someone special or a perfect treat for yourself – join expert silversmith, Suzanne Seed, for a hands-on workshop which will see you creating your very own trio of night-sky inspired rings to take home. There is a choice of textures available, which you will be shown examples of these during your lesson to give you a better idea as to which you may prefer. Each step will be demonstrated by silversmith Suzanne Seed, and you will have lots of opportunities to ask questions about all things silver.
The session is perfect for beginners so don’t worry if you have never tried anything like this before – we’ve got you covered. At the end of the session, you will receive a refreshment from our courtyard cafe and a little goody bag. Inside the bag will be your freshly polished rings in a quality gift box and a little care card and cleaning cloth to help keep your ring and other silver jewellery shiny in future.
The Details
Pricing for the set of three stacking rings is £155 per person and should you wish to add either a star or a moon there is an additional cost of £25 or if you would like to add both an additional cost of £45 (payment for extra stars or moons to be made on the day).
Please arrive via the North Gates and make your way to Visitor Reception, from here you will be directed to the Education Room where the workshop will take place. Whilst you craft your rings you can enjoy complimentary refreshments and hot drinks from the Courtyard Café. Please contact our Visitor Reception if you have any specific accessibility requirements you wish to discuss.
