Woodland Play Area
If you go downto the woods today…
Ready, set, adventure! The woodland play area is the perfect place to let your children run wild and free.
They’ll love discovering the many treehouses, bridges and climbing frames, where they’ll be swinging, sliding, and zipping down wires all day long if you’d let them! We have a toddler’s area too, where little legs can have their own big adventures in the sandpit. Parents and guardians, you’ll be glad at the sight of the neighbouring mini Woodland Café, where you can grab a quick cuppa and bite to eat whilst supervising.
Open every day, 10am-5pm.
In the event of bad weather, the play area may be closed if deemed too slippery/dangerous. Entry to the play area is free, but there is a parking charge of £5 for the day applicable in the park.
Please note, the recommended age for this play area is 5-12 years and there is a minimum height requirement of 105cms. Children under these requirements can enjoy our toddlers’ area. Children must be supervised at all times and must not climb from the apparatus onto the trees. Please ensure suitable footwear is worn. No food or drink, bikes or dogs can be taken into the play area.
