Private Gardener and Houseperson – Model Farm

This role will work as part of the overall Holkham gardens team but will have specific responsibility for providing gardening services to Model Farm, working 4 days per week at Model Farm and 1 day per week gardening on the wider estate.  The role is also a Houseperson for Model Farm to provide security and a range of household tasks to support Sarah, Countess of Leicester. 

Given the houseperson responsibilities, this postholder will be provided with a 2-bedroom cottage for the better performance of their duties.  Living in the cottage is a requirement of the position.

Please note that you must have the right to live and work in the UK and that this position will be subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

Weekend and Bank Holiday working may also be required but the standard working hours/days are Monday to Friday 39 hours per week.
