Houseperson (live-out)

Are you practical, reliable, and looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for a Houseperson to help keep Holkham Hall operating safely, securely and efficiently. Working across one of England’s finest stately homes, you’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of both the private family home and public areas, combining facilities management, security, maintenance, and operational support.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in facilities, estates, maintenance, security, caretaking or operational support who enjoys a hands-on role in a unique heritage environment.

This is primarily a live-out position. A shared on-site security flat is available when undertaking overnight security duties and emergency response cover.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
