Building Surveyor

The Land and Property department at Holkham includes management of 270+ residential homes, 50+ commercial tenants, 14 tenanted farms and their associated buildings, as well as the Grade I listed Holkham Hall, alongside a range of other buildings of historical importance and interest.

 Within the Land and Property team, the Building Surveyor will be responsible for managing a wide variety of building projects, from start to finish, effectively balancing sympathetic upkeep within budget.  The right candidate will have a true passion for heritage buildings, whilst also having a commercial and pragmatic outlook.
