You’ll lead a talented team of 25, managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, including Holkham Hall and its listed buildings. You’ll oversee multi-million-pound budgets, guide strategic development, and partner with colleagues on the senior management team.

We’re looking for an inspiring and innovative senior property professional, ideally RICS-qualified, with a proven track record in leading high performing teams, managing complex estates, and driving change.
