Our gift shop is located in the picturesque old stables courtyard. The spacious layout and elegant interior provides an opportunity to bring together a tempting and eclectic range of products showcasing the work of talented, local producers and artisans. With our collections of jewellery, hats, handbags and body products for ladies, cufflinks, caps, food and drink for gentlemen and a range of toys and books for children, you are sure to find something for everyone. We’ve even thought of your four-legged friends too with a selection of leads, dog beds and tasty dog biscuit treats! We look forward to welcoming you.

Sunday 17th September, 12noon-3pm Robert will be signing copies of his latest fictional thriller, ‘The Cedar Cage’ at this special book launch party. Christopher Warwick, royal biographer and broadcaster, previewed ‘The Cedar Cage’ and said: ‘Robert Greenfield’s cleverly crafted thriller is a real page-turner’.
14th March 2017 – The gift shop won the prestigious 2017 Hudson’s Heritage Awards ‘Best Place to Shop’ category, sponsored by Jarrold Publishing. Established in 2011, the awards are an independently judged, annual, national scheme open to historic houses, gardens, museums and heritage sites and celebrate the very best visitor experiences.
