Longlands is one of the estate’s principal former farmstead and workshops, forming approximately 50,000 sq. ft. Through centralisation of farming practices, the buildings had become largely redundant.

The first phase of development for Holkham Studios has been successfully completed creating a 21st century, commercial environment in an historic landscape for Monica Vinader and Sworders. Phase two has created a new, flexible working environment, catering for serviced office accommodation.
