Yeray’s sensational spring cocktails at The Victoria, Holkham

Get your shakers at the ready! Yeray has been fine-tuning some sensational spring cocktails. They will be on the menu at The Vic soon, but here is your chance to have a try at home first as we share a couple of his favourites.

To make each cocktail, put a few cubes of ice into a cocktail shaker. Then add the ingredients for your chosen cocktail. Shake well until your cocktail shaker feels nice and cold, then strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Sip and enjoy!

Holkham Jasmine

35ml Holkham Quince and Chuckleberry Gin

35ml Campari

35ml Cointreau

Dash of lemon juice

25ml sugar syrup

French Martini

35ml Smirnoff Vodka

25ml Creme de Cassis

Drop of Grenadine
