The Courtyard Cafe is situated in the busy visitor courtyard at Holkham. The role of the Catering Supervisor is to help in the smooth day to day running of our cafe and maintain consistently high standards of presentation and customer service. You will be required to lead and supervise a team of catering assistants and ensure consistently high standards of presentation in all areas of the cafe and servery.
The Courtyard Café in Holkham park is part of our popular and busy tourist attraction. This role is to support our café’s food and beverage manager and your role will include food preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards. You will also be required to maintain stock levels, supervise catering assistants, complete orders with suppliers and help to maximise catering sales.
We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic candidate with strong administration skills who may be looking for their first role in the events industry.
Your main role would involve taking initial phone and email enquiries, to assist with all wedding-related administration, and database management. You will also be required to provide hands-on support to the Operations Manager during the delivery of weddings and events.
The role of the Car Park Manager is to ensure the effective administration and efficient operation of the car parking areas of the estate and to ensure the consistent promotion of the Holkham Brand when communicating with customers, visitors and other Holkham businesses and departments.

The role of the Tractor Trailer and Buggy Driver is to provide an outstanding and efficient transport service on guided tours of the park and to the walled garden and back.
The role of Trailer Tour Guide is to deliver informative, engaging and fun tours around the park to day visitors and school groups. Tractor Trailer Tours run frequently throughout the season and are very popular with visitors to Holkham. Tours cover a variety of topics such as deer, farming, parkland, and architecture. Full training will be given.
The role of Holkham Stories Assistant is to provide a positive and welcoming point of contact for all visitors visiting the Holkham Stories Experience. This experience is a fun, interactive and informative permanent exhibition that sits within the main visitor courtyard at Holkham.
We are looking for customer-focused, friendly individuals to work across our car parks in Holkham park and beach, Wells beach and Freeman Street in Wells. Your role will be providing a point of contact for the general public and ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
The Hall Room Stewards are the face of Holkham Hall to the general public. They tell the story of the hall and are available to answer a wide range of questions on the estate as a whole. Holkham stewards have, year after year, been the benchmark of excellence in the world of stately homes. You will be joining a very strong team.
We are looking for a number of enthusiastic catering assistants to join our team at The Lookout, which sits on Holkham National Nature Reserve.
The role of catering assistant will include food and drink service, ensuring The Lookout is clean, tidy and presentable at all times, and making our customers feel welcome during their visit. We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, customer-orientated environments and who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service in this stunning setting.
Norfolk Adventure works closely with the Holkham Estate in providing a balance of fun and challenging activities for customers to engage with on the Ropes Course, on bikes and on boats, kayaks, and canoes. We are looking for enthusiastic Activity Assistants to join the team.
Pinewoods reception has a vibrant working environment and is the hub of our busy holiday park. We are looking for energetic people to join the team for the upcoming season. This role is varied and includes dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone, and via email. Pinewoods is recruiting a number of wardens for the upcoming 2020 season. This is a vibrant environment and we are looking for energetic candidates who thrive on meeting new people and who can work well within a team.
We are looking for an individual who is happy to cover the occasional shift driving our vintage tractor on tours around the estate and also providing an efficient transport service to the Walled Garden driving our golf buggies. This role would suit someone who is happy to work outside and with a great mix of customers.
