Whether you are planning a New Year’s Eve to remember, or having a dry, damp or full on January, cocktails and mocktails are the perfect drink. Lee and Yeray at The Victoria love shaking and making drinks and are delighted to share a few of their seasonal favourites with you. Enjoy!

Silent Night

Ice cubes
35ml Jack Daniel’s
70ml ginger wine
70 ml cranberry juice
70ml orange juice

Shake well, then strain into a high ball glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Snow Man

Ice cubes
70ml Baileys
35ml Captain Morgan spiced rum
Dash of caramel syrup
70ml milk

Shake well, then strain into a large tumbler

Santa’s Spritz Mocktail

Take a red wine glass and add:
100ml cranberry juice
Top up with 0.0% sparkling wine or prosecco
Add a dash of Grenadine

Serve garnished with a glace cherry on a cocktail stick
