Immerse yourself in nature with a forest bathing session in Holkham’s parkland.
Join Nicky from Sound and Ground for a 90 minute forest bathing session within a small group where she will lead you through an enjoyable sequence of mindful and sensory practices crafted for your relaxation and connection with the forest and the trees within Holkham parkland.
This experience offers deep and restorative relaxation, release of stress and muscular tension, time for yourself away from the demands of everyday life and technology and an opportunity to tune into your inner voice and needs.
Nicky’s unique approach to Forest Bathing has been developed through years of study into mindfulness, meditation, Yoga Nidra, sound therapy and forest bathing. She is a professionally qualified guide with The Forest Bathing Institute.

What is forest bathing?
Spending quality time, fully immersed in the forest atmosphere, under a canopy of trees for your health and wellbeing. This session will include sensory practices, a guided meditation, a little bit of sound therapy, tea and snacks.
Is this right for me?
This event is generally open to 18yrs of age and older, but please reach out for a discussion if you would like your teen to accompany you before booking. Please note that this experience may not be suitable if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker fitted, experience sound sensitivity or Meniere’s disease, have current severe/acute mental health concerns, are currently in crisis, active addiction or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. By booking this event you confirm you have read and understood this statement and none of the above apply to you.
