Learning and Engagement Coordinator (Maternity Cover – 1 year fixed-term contract)

Are you passionate about making a difference to young people?

We are looking for a creative, energetic and experienced Learning and Engagement professional to deliver inspirational and informative education sessions to visiting nurseries, schools and colleges. The sessions are mainly outdoors within Holkham Park or on the Holkham National Nature Reserve. The role will also include the delivery of outdoor family programmes which take place during the school holidays. 

This role would suit someone who has outdoor education experience (Forest School qualifications or equivalent preferred).  Previous experience of a customer-facing role in a visitor, hospitality or retail business is preferred, alongside commercial awareness. 

This is a part-time position (3 days per week). Working days are weekdays during term-time. Some weekend working will be required during school holidays.
