Weave Some Christmas Magic – SOLD OUT

Personal touches at Christmas make the season sparkle that little bit brighter, which is why we are delighted to be hosting two willow weaving workshops led by Karen Bek.

Over the course of a whole day, you will learn the intricacies of weaving as you create your own natural Christmas decorations. You’ll learn how to make one large star decoration using a random weave or flat weave, and as many small decorations as you weave within the time!

Small decorations include a variety of star designs, Christmas trees and a flat weave reindeer. You can turn a collection of stars into Christmas bunting, or why not use them as special gift tags. Little Christmas trees can be placeholders at the dinner table or sweet fireside decorations, the reindeers can be dressed with ribbon scarves for that extra festive touch around your home.

Complimentary teas and coffees will be served all day, along with mince pies. The Courtyard Café will be open and serving a range of seasonal lunches, snacks and delicious cakes for you to purchase, and a trip to the gift shop around this time of year is a must!
