Chalk Hill Farm Barns
The Holkham Estate Company has converted a group of former farm buildings at Chalk Hill Farm, Warham into seven unique dwellings. The barns are located to the east of Warham village, 2km east of Wells-next-the-Sea. This group of historic, Grade II listed barns date from the late 18th and early 19th century are constructed of brick and flint with pantiled roofs and originally made up a small farmstead consisting of a granary, stables, cow and pig sheds and a threshing barn.
The estate partnered with Bryan Williams, a north Norfolk barn specialist, to convert these former agricultural buildings into highly sustainable and quality homes. The project has been overseen by local architect Ian Cable.
