Business & Enterprise
Over the last few years, Deepdale Farm has developed into far more than a farm. The farm still produces excellent malting barley and milling wheat, and offers stewardship walks around the farm that offer some of the best views of the north Norfolk coast.
In some of the disused farm barns and stables, Deepdale Backpackers and Camping offers private ensuite rooms, dorm beds, camping for tents and campervans, tipis, yurts and a group hostel. All the facilities are eco-friendly and have reached Gold in the Green Tourism Business Scheme and Gold in the David Bellamy Awards.
Next door to the accommodation, Deepdale have developed Dalegate Market, a shopping centre and café. Shops include Fat Face Clothing, Relish Jewellery and Accessories, The Hare and The Hen Art and Crafts Gallery, Gone Crabbing Norfolk Souvenirs and the One Stop Nature Shop. Leftley’s Costcutter Supermarket also offers fuel, both petrol and diesel. You will find excellent food and drink at Deepdale Café in the heart of Dalegate Market, which is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and occasionally for evening meals.
Deepdale is on the Norfolk Coast Path with easy access to the salt marshes and Brancaster Staithe harbour. Time spent at Deepdale is time well spent, being active as you like or just taking time out to relax. For further information visit our website www.deepdalefarm.co.uk
