We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs. The Victoria’s kitchen provides a consistently high standard of food for guests and it is our goal to meet every customer’s expectations. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure that the kitchen team work to the highest standards and in conjunction with the front of house staff to deliver the best possible service to customers at all times.
This is a full time position working 5 days from 7 with a 45 hr working week. Overtime is paid at the standard hourly rate should additional non contractual hours be worked/required.
Salary: £24,000 per annum for applicants aged 18 or over.
