Bar and Restaurant Team - The Victoria Inn at Holkham
The Victoria Inn is looking to add to our fantastic bar and restaurant team.
Ideally positioned on the beautiful north Norfolk coast, The Victoria sits at the doorstep of Holkham Hall, the focal point of the privately owned Holkham Estate of which the Victoria is a part of. We are very proud to have been awarded Gold Award status by Green tourism UK and to appear in the Good Food Guide.
This role will involve delivering excellent customer service in both our bar and restaurant, working alongside the kitchen and reception teams to consistently surpass our guests’ expectations. You should have a positive attitude, be flexible and confident with an eye for detail. Often you will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping to shape their first impressions of the Holkham Estate, therefore we are looking for high calibre candidates with a strong team ethos and a passion to work to the highest standard. Previous experience of working in the hospitality sector would be preferred, however, previous customer service experience in other industries will also be considered. The Victoria is an exciting and expanding business that values its staff as its key resource. There is plenty of scope to develop and make a positive impact as the business moves into its next phase.
This role could be offered on a full time, part time or seasonal basis. In the full-time position, it is likely you will work 5 days out of 7 with shifts ranging between the hours of 7.30am and 11pm. Both full or part-time roles will involve weekend working. Hours will be allocated fortnightly in advance.
Over 21 - £9.06 per hour
18 to 20 - £8.02 per hour
