This Frequently Asked Questions section will be regularly updated. It is advised that you look at this page periodically to remind yourselves of any updated information for the concert, especially prior to travelling on the day, to ensure you enjoy your evening. Please note that the venue, organisers or promoters reserve the right to change or amend these details due to any reasons beyond their control.

Is there a Hospitality Area?
What is the difference between Golden Circle tickets, Silver tickets and Bronze tickets?
The Golden Circle area is closest to the stage and will give you a closer view. Next is the Silver area, and the Bronze area is furthest from the stage.
When do tickets stop being available and can I buy tickets on the night?
If any tickets remain on the day of the concert, they will be offered for sale from the Concert Box Office at the concert arena. The Box Office will be open at 1pm on the day of the concert and will close approximately 9pm.
Will there be a Concert Box Office collection point on the day?
Yes – this will be accessed via a designated gate to the venue, which has yet to be confirmed and will be subject to a full traffic management plan.
Where can I buy tickets for wheelchair users?
Disabled and accessible tickets for this event will be available from Ticketmaster, on a first come first served basis. These can be booked online through the event page, or by calling the Accessibility line on 0800 988 4440. Wheelchair users and customers who would be unable to stand for the duration of the event can purchase a wheelchair accessible ticket. This gains them access into the accessible area within the Golden Circle – this is not a raised platform. Ambulant tickets are available for customers who do not need to be seated for the event but have a registered disability. Wheelchair and Ambulant tickets qualify for a free companion ticket where required – this can be added when booking. Proof of eligibility/disability will need to be provided before the event – this will be requested by Ticketmaster post booking. If accessible ticketholders have any specific requirements regarding accessible provision, they should make LHG Events aware, at least one month prior to the show being attended. Where possible they will make reasonable adjustments to ensure everyone’s enjoyment of the event. In terms of Deaf or Hard of Hearing concert goers, this ranges from providing set lists in advance, captioned performances or interpreters, to suit specific requirements. Are there any concessionary or children tickets available?
The only concert tickets available are Golden Circle tickets, Silver tickets and Bronze tickets - there will be no other ticket type available for purchase. Please refer to ‘Will I need Proof of Age?’ for children wishing to attend the concert.
Will I need Proof of Age?
All ticket holders may be asked to produce proof of age on entry to the concert and at the arena bars. Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 years or over) at all times.
Will I get a refund if it rains?
No. The concert will not be cancelled if it rains. Please note tickets are non-refundable.
Can I have a refund or exchange on my tickets?
Liz Hobbs Group cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the concert is cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing the ticket(s). If there is an issue please contact the ticket agent you purchased your tickets from.
What do I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Please contact the ticket agent you purchased your tickets from.
Is there a covered area?
There is no covered area. The event is held in open parkland.
Can I visit Holkham Hall with my concert ticket?
The tickets are for concert attendance only and do not include car parking or entrance to any of the attractions at Holkham.
TRAVELLING TO THE CONCERT
The roads into and out of the local area will be busy due to the volume of traffic experienced on a summer’s weekend and the increase of traffic for the concert. Please allow extra time for your journey including accessing the venue, parking and walking to the concert arena.
How do I find the concert location?
Follow the yellow AA directional signage reading ‘Little Mix Concert’ on the approach roads to Holkham. Do not follow any other signage.
What time will the gates be open for the concert?
The opening time of the gates to access the venue has yet to be confirmed and will be subject to a full traffic management plan with multiple access routes to the grounds on the night. Full information for concertgoers will be available in due course.
Which gate do I use on the night of the concert?

Coaches should follow the yellow AA directional signage reading ‘Little Mix Concert’ to enter Holkham park at the south gates. NB: No other gates into Holkham park have the width or height to take coaches.

What are the parking facilities?
Parking will be in designated car parks on rough grass parkland with marshals directing the traffic flow. Please do not park on the public highways, grass verges or access routes within Holkham park. Vehicles not parked in the designated car parks, abandoned or illegally parked, may be fined or removed.
How close is the general parking to the arena?
The designated parking areas will be approximately 200 to 800 metres from the arena depending on which car park is used and spaces available. Accessible parking will be closer - see below.
Is there parking for people with disabilities and how close is it to the arena?
Accessible parking will be available as close to the arena as reasonably possible but please note all parking is on rough grass parkland. We are unable to offer mobility scooters.
On arrival coaches will be directed to parking in the south park in a separate area to cars.
How early can I park for the concert?

Is there a car parking charge for just attending the Little Mix concert?
Yes, there will be a car parking charge which will be priced at £5 per car plus ticket agent booking fees. Importantly a proportion (£3.50) of all pre-purchased car park tickets will be redeemable against food and drink purchases either within the concert arena or in the Holkham Cafe or Gift Shop. All car park tickets purchased on entry on the day of the concert will be priced at £5 per car and will not be eligible for £3.50 redemption, this includes concertgoers collecting pre-purchased tickets from the Concert arena Box Office.
How can I purchase a concert car parking ticket in advance of the event?
To help with your timely access to the concert car park area on the event day, it is highly recommended to pre-purchase your car park ticket in advance of the concert day, in doing so you will also benefit from a £3.50 redemption against food and drink purchases either within the concert arena or in the Holkham Cafe or Gift Shop.
The pre-purchased car parking ticket will be priced at £5 per car plus ticket agent booking fees and will be eligible for a £3.50 redemption.
Can I picnic on arrival in the car park?
For your own safety, you will not be allowed to picnic in any of the car parks. In relation to picnics, please refer to ‘Can I bring my own food and drink?’
Can I leave my car overnight at Holkham?
Holkham Estate will not allow any vehicles to be parked overnight in Holkham park. Vehicles abandoned or illegally parked, may be fined or removed.
WHEN YOU ARE HERE FOR THE CONCERT
What is the concert arena like?
The concert is outdoors and will be located on the south park at Holkham and the terrain is open grass parkland.
Where is the stage?
The stage will be situated on the south park at Holkham with Holkham Hall as a backdrop.
What time can I go into the arena?
Gates to the concert arena will open from 3pm to ticket holders.
What time does the show start and finish?
The start time has yet to be confirmed. The concert finishes at approximately 10:30pm.
Is there a support artist/act?
Yes, there will be a support act for the concert and pre-concert entertainment, this will be confirmed in due course. Concessions will remain open for a short while after the event has finished. More information will be available closer to the event.
Is there a designated area for wheelchair users and patrons with access requirements?
Wheelchair users will have a designated area situated towards the front of the Golden Circle. Please note that the concert area, including the designated area for disabled concertgoers, is situated on rough grass parkland. All customers requiring accessible parking need to ensure their tickets are booked through Ticketmaster’s Accessibility Line on 0800 988 4440.
Can I bring my assistance dog?
Yes, assistance dogs are permitted in the concert.
Will there be first aid cover?
Yes. Should you or anyone in your party require first aid, please notify the nearest steward or event official.
Is there seating inside the concert arena?
Can I bring a rug and/or chair?
No rugs or blankets or any form of chair will be permitted into the concert arena, this includes camping chairs, foldable low-back canvas chairs. No tables or other equipment can be brought into the arena.
Can I bring gazebos/awnings?
No gazebos, awnings, windbreaks or tented structures of any kind which might cause a sightline obstruction are permitted.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No food and drink will be allowed in to the concert arena. An appropriate medical card or Doctor’s note will permit food and drink that is required for medical conditions. Please do not bring any large picnic food and drink and/or picnic equipment i.e. tables and high-back chairs. No fires, barbeques, gas or paraffin lamps, wick burning candles or naked flames of any kind are allowed.
Will there be food and drink catering stands?
There will be a selection of caterers selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and a range of food to suit varying dietary needs. An appropriate medical card or Doctor’s note will permit food and drink that is required for medical conditions. Card payment facilities will be in place across a number of bars and venders; however, service may become unreliable with a large crowd. Please ensure you bring cash as an alternative payment method.
Will there be free water available within the concert arena?
Yes, a number of the food and drink catering stands will provide unlimited free drinking water. To help improve the environmental sustainability of the event a single empty plastic reusable cup container / bottle will be allowed into the concert arena for refilling.
Can I bring glasses/glass bottles or cutlery?
No glassware, cutlery, corkscrews or sharp objects will be allowed in to the concert arena except a single empty plastic reusable cup or container / bottle for refilling within the arena. For further information on what is a restricted item please refer to ‘What should I not bring into the concert arena?’
Are there any cash machines in the venue?
There are no cash machines available within the venue. Card payment facilities will be in place across a number of bars and vendors; however, service may become unreliable with a large crowd. Please ensure you bring cash as an alternative payment method. The nearest cash machine is within the Co-Op food store in Wells-next-the-Sea.
Will there be bag checking?
Security staff at the entrance will be undertaking bag and personal searches, if deemed necessary.
What lavatories will there be?
Designated male and female lavatories will be provided and there will also be accessible lavatories. There is no other form of cloakroom.
Is photography allowed for personal use?
The unauthorised use of professional photographic equipment, video cameras, audio recording devices or the use of drones, is not allowed. Photography taken cannot be used for any commercial purpose.
What clothing should I wear?
The concert will go ahead rain or shine. Please come suitably prepared for whatever weather might be expected. Please ensure that your footwear is suitable for grass parkland.
What is the policy on umbrellas if it rains?
Prior to the concert starting, small umbrellas will be allowed if it is wet, however no umbrellas will be allowed to remain up once the concert starts as they block the view for the audience. We do not allow larger golfing type umbrellas. It is better to bring a coat with a hood.
Can I bring my dog?
With the exception of assistance dogs, no other animals will be allowed. Please do not leave any pets in your vehicle.
Will there be fireworks after the concert?
No, there will not be fireworks after the concert. Any personal fireworks, sparklers, lasers and Chinese lanterns are prohibited. Pyrotechniques may form a small part of the concert performance.
Can I get mobile phone coverage?
There is very limited mobile phone coverage across all networks.
Please be vigilant at all times and look after your valuables such as your phone, purse and car keys and do not leave any bags unattended.
What should I not bring into the concert arena?
• Pre-purchased food and drink
• No bags over the size of A4 will be allowed into the arena
• No glass bottles or cans (including perfume/aftershave)
• Long lens cameras, iPads or GoPros, professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices
• Selfie sticks
• Banners or posters over A3 in size
• Banners, posters, flags of political or religious nature or anything detrimental to the act or any support act
• Weapons, bladed or pointed items
• Drugs, legal-highs or illegal substances
• Gas canisters
• Air horns
• No form of chair, including camping chairs, folding chairs, gazebos, picnic blankets or tents are permitted.
• Golfing umbrellas
• Marker or laser pens
• Any restricted potentially harmful fluids
• Metal items (metal cutlery, utensils, corkscrews) and any item considered a sharp item
• Trolleys, sack-barrows or wheeled carriers
• Any item which might cause a sightline obstruction.
• Tables, high-back chairs, awnings, windbreaks, gazebos or other equipment which might cause a sightline obstruction
Please note that there will NOT be a storage or cloakroom facility at the venue to hold any items during the concert that has been prohibited from the concert arena.
A medical team will be in attendance – should you or anyone in your party require first aid please notify the nearest steward or event official.
What to do in an emergency?
Locate a member of staff for any emergencies. If you need to report a non-emergency crime whilst at the event, please call 101. If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, and you cannot find a member of staff, please call 999.
Lost Children / Welfare Point
Advise any member of staff or security about a lost child and they will alert the welfare centre. Any lost children should make themselves aware to a member of staff or security who will be able to help locate parents/guardians.
Will there be a contact point regarding lost property after the concert?
Enquiries can be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or in person to Holkham Ticket Office within Holkham park with details of the property lost and relevant contact details. If any property is handed in matching the description provided, you will be contacted accordingly.
Please help us to keep Holkham park tidy by either taking your rubbish home or by using the rubbish bins located throughout the arena.
WHEN THE CONCERT FINISHES AND AS YOU LEAVE HOLKHAM
Please take your time, no rushing or pushing when leaving the venue. For those travelling with children, it is advised to bring adequate food and drink for the return journey. Bring blankets and pillows for the car journey home and ensure you have sufficient fuel.
Leaving the concert
Due to the numbers of people attending the concert and the expectation that all concert-goers will be wishing to leave at a similar time at the end of the night, please anticipate there may be delays in leaving the car park area after the concert. You are asked to co-operate and abide by the following guidelines designed to assist you. Everyone attending is advised to prepare for the possibility of delays in exiting the car parks. There will be a traffic management plan in place to manage the egress of traffic with multiple exit routes for traffic to join the external road network as safely and as quickly as possible.
How do I leave the concert arena and car park area?
Please follow the car park directional signage and guidance from the car park stewards and be prepared to use an exit gate that may differ from your original entry gate, Yellow AA signage will also direct you away from the venue after the concert, towards your final destination. The roads out of the local area will be busy due to the volume of traffic experienced at an event of this nature, therefore please allow extra time for your journey including exiting the venue, please be patient and drive carefully and be mindful of pedestrians at all times in all areas.
Leaving could take a considerable amount of time so please bear this in mind when advising taxis and pickups. The designated gates for taxi pick-ups at the end of the concert has yet to be confirmed and will be subject to a full traffic management plan with multiple access routes to the grounds on the night.
