The East Anglian Game and Country Fair takes place this weekend at the Euston Estate near Thetford. Michael Chamberlain, Head Chef at The Vic, will be returning to the fair in the Game Fair Country Kitchen.
Michael will be demonstrating, sharing tips and a delicious seasonal recipe using venison from Holkham’s herd of fallow deer.
