The Raj
A double room with high, king size four-poster bed and en suite bathroom with roll top bath and hand-held shower. The room is decorated in dramatic Raj green and is situated at the rear of the hotel, overlooking the courtyard.
The North Sea
A small, compact, standard double bedroom with en suite shower room. The North Sea room is located on the first floor at the rear of the hotel overlooking the courtyard.
The Stone
A light and spacious bedroom with a super king size bed, which can be separated to create twin beds if preferred. There is an en suite bathroom with hand-held shower. The bedroom has views over the rear courtyard and avenue leading to Holkham Park. The Stone interconnects to The Wash if required and is one of our dog-friendly rooms.
The Wash
Another bright, spacious room to the front of the hotel with double aspect views over the marshes. It has a super king size bed and large en suite bathroom with hand-held shower. This room connects to The Stone if required and is a bedroom where dogs are welcome.
The Marsh
As the name suggests, this airy, spacious double room with a super king size bed has excellent views across the marshes of the Holkham National Nature Reserve. The bedroom has a modern en suite bathroom with overhead shower.
The Colonial
A comfortable double room decorated in rich, dark colours with a king size bed and views across the marshes opposite. The en suite bathroom has an unusual roll top bath with hand-held shower, which enables guests to enjoy the views whilst bathing!
The Holkham
A lovely bright room with a side view over the hotel garden and towards the marshes. There is a king size bed and en suite bathroom with hand-held shower.
The Attic
A contemporary double room, situated on the second floor of the hotel with velux windows and exposed beams. The Attic has a large en suite bathroom with hand-held shower.
The Attic Suite
Situated on the second floor, this two bedroom contemporary suite is perfect for families. There is a large double room with en suite bathroom and a further small bedroom with a 'guest bed' to accommodate two children, together with a second separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have hand-held showers.
The Moroccan
A spacious double room located across the hotel's courtyard with ground floor wheelchair access. There is a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a 'wet room' shower, making it suitable for disabled guests. Dogs are welcome in this room.
