The Inn has seven, light and airy rooms, including five double en-suite rooms and two twin en-suite rooms, all with oak flooring.

The rooms are simple, modern and well sound proofed, with digital freeview televisions, tea and coffee making facilities and phones.

Rooms are available from £110 per night for a double, en-suite room and a hearty breakfast. At weekends we operate a two night booking policy over a Friday and Saturday night.

Wi-fi access is available for residents in the private dining room.

Free access to Holkham beach is available for all residents.

We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs thoughout down stairs and also in three of our bedrooms.  An extra charge of £10 applies to our four-legged friends.

The Holkham Room (see photo above right) overlooks the Georgian square and offers extra space, bathrobes and can accommodate two guest beds for children making it ideal for families.

Guests may check in at any time after 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out time on the day of departure is 11am or before. There is an extra charge for children of £30. A children's menu is available at lunch and dinner.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £70 per room will be required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. However, if you wish to change the dates of your stay your deposit can be used against your revised booking if it is booked within seven days and taken within six months of your cancellation. This only applies if we are notified more than seven days prior to 12 noon on your booked arrival date, otherwise the deposit is non transferable and non refundable.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to 12noon on your booked arrival date, 50% of the cost of your stay will be charged (if more than your deposit), unless we are able to re-let your room for the full length of your cancelled stay.* If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to 12noon on your booked arrival date or we receive no notice of your cancellation, 100% of the cost of your cancelled stay will be charged, unless we are able to re-let your room for the full length of your cancelled stay.*

*If we are able to re-let your room for only part of your cancelled stay, or at a discounted rate, then the appropriate part will be refunded.
